Ultimate MVC3 Background "Mega Man Clue"

The "Days of Future Past" background in Ultimate MVC3 shows a large poster with several Marvel vs. Capcom 2 characters, and labels them as either "apprehended" or "slain". Mega-Man is the only one without a tag or a label, is he a DLC character??? What kind of DLC character will Marvel have??? We will find out, in the future.
